Can‘t upload files

    Hello,

    I‘d like to use Download Monitor. But every time I am trying to upload a file from my computer it shows the error ?The folder wp-content/uploads/dlm-uploads can not be created.“ That doesn‘t make any sense to ne since the folder has been created successfully as I can see via FTP. What am I doing wrong?

    That seems strange. Can you try deleting our plugin and installing/activating it again? Let me know if that resolves the issue.

    Reinstallation did not solve the problem. This issue still exists.

    Can you please check the folder permission of the dlm_uploads folder and let me know the details?

    The permissions of the dlm_uploads folder are as follows:
    owner: read, write, execute
    group: read, execute
    public: read, execute
    num: 755

    Are there any updates on this topic? It still does not work! I really can’t recommend the support.
