Since installing Cerber 7.6 we get the following error when uploading a csv file. This operation is an essential admin function. How can I allow it for admin users or from a specific IP address?

Cerber now reverted to 7.2 as a temporary fix.

    I have the same issue.

    Using this plugin:

I’m unable to upload wpress file. Same error.

Attempt to upload executable file denied Suspicious number of nested values.

    IP is whitelisted.

Verified it was working on wp-cerber version 7.2

Same thing is happening to me. It’s preventing me from uploading GeneratePress settings which is a JSON file.

    Looks good many thanks, Rob

    Hi Gioni,

I will try it on another site if I run into the issue. For now I needed to move forward and unisntalled WP Cerber Security.

FWIW, I had ran into another similar issue with CSS Hero in that it was unable to create its linked CSS file until I deactivated WP Cerber after quite a bit of troubleshooting time. I have that on a sandbox site so I’ll be able to test it soon. On the client site where that happened, I have also remove WP Cerber in order to be able to work.

    Thanks!

This issue reoccured after updating to version 7.9.

Tried to go to Site Integrity and disable monitor new files, monitor modified files, scan temp directory, scan session directory, and nothing work.
Added the directories to exclude, and that didn’t do it either.

If I reverted back to 7.2, or 7.6.1, it’ll work.

IP in whitelist IP, Use White IP Access List and Use White IP Access List on Traffic Inspector both on.
