  • @frankdage,

    I’ve had a look at the CSV file you shared and here are my observations-
    ->You are trying to enter the same email address for all the employees!
    ->The date formats are not same (i.e some places you are using mm/dd/yy and in some other places dd/mm/yy)

    Note that, the email address should be unique for each employee as it will create a WordPress user account for each of them. And use the same date formate in all places.

    Hope this will help.
    Thanks ??

    The challenge is we don’t have all the staffs emails and we are not even sure they have emails. Did not know the importance of the emails though because it was not clear that employees will have accounts themselves. What will these accounts do though, they will be able to login and update their profiles or??.
    Is it possible to us your weform to create forms so staff can fill themselves and these forms will create the accounts rather, I think that will be great for my business.

    @frankdage,

    You are right. Email address is necessary to make them WP users.
    So that they can log in, provide check-in and out, edit or update info and so on.

    And, right now, weForms can be used with WP ERP to import CRM customers.
    But that will not help you to import HRM employees as the structure is not developed in this way. Only HR Manager and admin can add employees in WP ERP.

    Thanks ??
