Can’t upload any photos or images to the site

I can’t upload any images or photos. Here’s the error message I’m getting:

The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/nich/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/03.

I’ve already tried changing the permissions on all of those folders but the error messages are still there.

Any clues?
