Can't upgrade to JShop Pro , Problem placing order

  • Hello,
    I am trying to buy the upgrade theme of JShop Pro but i can’t place the order. I get this message:

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    Please tell me what can i do to have the pro version.
