Can’t upgrade a member in the Admin tool

    We have three memberships set up as:
    Two Adult
    — Adult
    —-Student

    When I follow this path in the Admin:

    Search for usesrname

    Click “Edit Member” under his name

    Click the “Edit” button next to his membership

    The dropdown menu where shows his membership only has his current membership (Adult) and no option to upgrade or downgrade.

    Hi @jessycafrederick,

    Please check to have the latest version of the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin V2.10.4.

    Go to PMS-> Subscription Plans-> and please send a screenshot with the subscription plans you have created.

    You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
