Can’t upgrade

  • Please, help me out…

    I am trying to upgrade automatically to the latest version but I keep getting this:
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2357046 bytes) in /home5/****/public_html/**********/wp-includes/http.php on line 1327 (**** being my site’s name)

    How do I fix this?
