I’m running into an issue where I can’t update from my original Temp domain to my live domain.

Currently, I go to update the “Customer Bank Statement” Setting under payments, and the site prompts a save, however, it reverts back to the temp domain.

Already tried the plugin troubleshooting and theme with no luck.

    Help?

    Hi there @dmeyerlwam,

Are you using WooCommerce Payments and trying to customize how the customers can see their credit card statements for the order?

Can you please a screenshot without any sensitive information on it for context?

I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share.

    Thanks!

Yes, I’m using WooCommerce Payments and want to update how the captured payment appears on their statement.

All I need to do is update that field, as it is showing a staging URL.

    Hello @dmeyerlwam!

If you would like to change how the payments appears on the statements, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > WooCommerce Payments > Transactions and deposits and update the Customer bank statement field.

    Hi @dmeyerlwam,

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, can you please share a screenshot without any sensitive information on it for context?

You can use https://snipboard.io/ for that please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.

    Thanks!
