    Hi Calum,

    My website stopped functioning recently as only the UM shortcode is now showing in my pages rather than the UM content.

    I am not able to upgrade the plugin either. I have not renewed my license and am wondering if this has something to do with it?

    I have tried to reach you by email but not received a response (I realise you must be very busy).

    It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me get things back on the road.

    Hi @e-regular,

    If you see the ultimate member shortcode this means that the plugin is not active on your site. Please go to the Plugins section and make sure that Ultimate member is activated.

    Hi UM support,

    I am unable to activate it.

    It is prompting me to upgrade first and the update fails. It has broken my website in a big way.

    I have tried reaching out to you via email, please, can someone look at this urgently? I have provided my username and password and have tried to reach out to you numerous times.

    Actually, some pages showed the shortcode, but now pages aren’t even loading.

    Please try to upload the new version of the plugin on your server via FTP /wp-content/plugins/ultimatemember
    I don’t see any tickets regarding your site, please contact us on https://ultimatemember.com/contact/sales/ so we can add your issue to our helpdesk support system and help you with this issue.

    Hi UM Support,

    I did upload the plugin via FTP but when I attempt to run the upgrde scripts it just hangs.

    The instructions are “If the process fails contact your UM Admin for assistance”.

    Are you able to help?
