Can't update to new version NOR update WP new version

  • Hi there – I’m trying to update:
    1. GlossyStylo to newest theme version
    2. WordPress from 3.7.1 to 3.8
    3. Plugins

    Can’t update anything – keep getting error messages. Is this a theme error or an error in WordPress? My client is getting anxious about this, and I don’t know what to do about it.
