Can't update the score in test

How many questions/answers/scales do you have in the test?

Do you able to update the scores in the test with 1 question/answer/scale?

i m having 41 questions.,no i can’t update

Actually my site is in a subdomian. Is there any issue ?

I have 41 questions.
Each question have 3 answers and i have 3 scales.
No i am unable to update the score in any question.

Create test with 1 question, 1 answer and 1 scale. And..

Ok, so now try to:

1. Switch to other theme and check if score will be updated (in those 1-question test)

2. Disable other plugins and check if score will be updated

I suspect some theme/plugin conflict here.

I think theme is not the problem.because in localhost i m having the same theme.It works well.Ok i will check the plugins

@wesleyseya, If you see that it works on your localhost and not works on yuor hosting — then you know what is an issue.

Currently I can’t help here. Only can provide you paid support to investigate the root cause of the issue (with refund in case of bug in plugin).
