    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    It seems like you have selected the “Google Shopping” template for creating your Facebook feed. It’s true that for 90% they are identical, however on the availability values there is a difference. Google is expecting underscores in the values, so “out_of_stock” or “in_stock” whereas Facebook is expecting those values to be without underscores, so “out of stock” and “in stock”. You should be able to solve this by using the “Facebook Catalog Feed / Instagram” channel upon configuration of your feed.
