Last night I rolled back the woocommerce 3.0 update, but now I can’t seem to update any pre-existing product details, including quantity etc.

Is there anything you can do to help?

Hi @orisel — Most likely what happened is that you updated to Woo 3.0 successfully, which includes major database changes. WP Rollback cannot rollback database changes at all, that really depends on the plugin itself. This is why we put disclaimers all over the place about making sure you have a backup database before rolling back (or particularly in this case before updating to Woo 3.0). So unfortunately, there’s nothing WP Rollback can do in this case. Best case is restore your database to before you updated to Woo 3.0, or restore your database to before you used WP Rollback.

    Hi Matt,

Suspected as much! Thanks for your answer. I think I’ll just upgrade back to 3.0+ as the downsides there (slightly messed up display and interaction with a few plugins) is less critical than not being able to update stock!

Lesson learned for the future, that’s for sure.

    Best regards,
    Bjorn
