    Hi there,

In the latest version of the plugin we have changed that file, could you please verify that you are using the current version 2.24.1?

    Have a great day.

It is showing version 999. Please check screenshot. Why it is showing version 999?

    Hi there,

I installed the latest version of our plugin from WordPress, and it’s displaying the correct version (v2.24.1), so it’s probably that something is wrong with the version you have installed.

I suggest you remove the plugin from your site and then install it again.

Let us know if you still have issues.

If I deactivate delete and reinstall plugin, the settings will remain or need to reconfigure all the things? Can I get same settings and configurations after installing? It is very important that plugin works correctly. So please let me know after installing I will get same functionality, settings and configurations.

    Hi there,

All your options should be saved in the database and won’t be removed, meaning that you are saved to reinstall the plugin without any problem.

    Have a great day.
