• I installed (tried to) WP 5.6 and now that my website won’t load, I find out that my hosting provider should have version 5.6 installed. Just in case they (GoDaddy) don’t or can’t provide this update at this time, what do I do to my site backup and running?

I think a warning to us users would be nice PRiOR to updating would have been nice. It’s going on (2) days that my website has been down. Thanks

WP 5.2 will not install if the PHP version is too low. Contact GoDaddy and ask them to move you to PHP 7.2 or 7.3; you may have to move to a different server if you’re on one of their old ones.
