Can’t Update Offline Message Email Address (403 Error)

I built a site for a client and setup the 3CX Live Chat with my email (admin email) originally. Once the site went live the client removed my email.
And now the client cannot update the Offline Message Email Address. Whenever they try to change it they are taken to a 403 Error Page.
Access to domain.com was denied
You don’t have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403There are no permission plugins on the site that are live. I turned off Profile Press to troubleshoot, and it did not make a difference.
