    I built a site for a client and setup the 3CX Live Chat with my email (admin email) originally. Once the site went live the client removed my email.

    And now the client cannot update the Offline Message Email Address. Whenever they try to change it they are taken to a 403 Error Page.

    Access to domain.com was denied
    You don’t have authorization to view this page.
    HTTP ERROR 403

    There are no permission plugins on the site that are live. I turned off Profile Press to troubleshoot, and it did not make a difference.

    Hi @kalel35 ,
    we are unable to reproduce that error , but please make sure that your infrastructure is well configured because it seems like the error raised before the execution of the plugin’s code to save new settings. Try changing another of the plugin’s settings and save them to check if you face that issue only with that setting.
    If no conclusion after your check please send us an email to wordpress@3cx.com with screenshots of the steps during configuration and the error in order to proceed with further investigation.
