Can't update number of times in required steps

Hi, I have run in to an issue where I have a badge that I would like to be awarded when a user completes ‘Any achievement of type’ ‘(category)’ ‘times: 3’. So I want the user to get a badge when they earn three awards in another achievement type. However I can’t update the number of times to 3. It stays at 1. If I enter 3 and then click ‘save steps’ it still reads 3, but when I update the post it reverts to 1 and the badge is awarded after 1 achievement of type.
