Can’t Update Mailpoet Premium

    Hi,

    I have a free premium subscription of up to 1000 subscribers.

    My current version of Mailpoet premium is Version 3.0.84.

    I want to update to version 3.0.85.

    However, every time I do so, I get the following message:

    “An error occurred while updating MailPoet 3 Premium (New): Update package not available.”

    The first time I tried to update it, it took a long time and I may have interrupted the process. If possible I’d like to know how to update it manually.

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems updating your MailPoet 3 Premium plugin. If you continue to have problems updating, you can simply reinstall the plugin. First to your installed Plugins, and deactivate then delete “MailPoet 3 Premium” plugin.

    Then go to MailPoet >> Settings >> Key Activation. Click to verify our Activation Key, and it will automatically download and install the latest version of the plugin to your site.
