I need my order ID. I deleted my initial email containing the information. I am aware or am led to believe that one cannot even submit a support ticket on the File Manager website without an order ID number. I tried submitting a support request with an order number provided on the “My Account” section, but I have no idea if the message truly went through or not. I think the requirement of the order ID number is pointless if a user doesn’t remember it and have the information readily available just to submit a support ticket asking for that very detail. The plugin stopped working on my wordpress site anyway. I don’t know exactly when as I found out just a few days ago. Then I noticed on the plugin portion of my wordpress that this plugin had just been updated 4 days ago and is fully compatible in wordpress 6.2.

What do I do? Is it possible for me to get my order id number again?

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. A lot of other support you have to wait at least a few days. I did email support with the email and domain info. The other ticket I created on the wordpress file manager I just got a reply from, too. Nice.

    Thanks.
