Can’t Update Elementor

  • Hello,
    I have a site with Elemetor Pro (with an expired license) version 2.5.8 and Elementor version 2.6.6. I can’t update Elementor up to versione 2.6.6. . If I’m do it, site crashes. What can I do? Thank you for your support!.

    I am afraid that does not matter.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Prov2.5.8 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
