Can’t update db

    I updated the UM plugin, got a msg about updating db, which fails.

    “You have installed 2.2.5 version. Your latest DB version is 2.1.5”

    Every time I click “Upgrade Now”, it just shows the same page with the db upgrade requirement.

    Have you tried Upgrading it multiple times? Could you please confirm what version of WP running on your site?

    Yes I’ve tried the db upgrade at least a dozen times.

    WP 5.8.2

    Hi @andrewm57

    Are there any PHP errors log generated related to the UM Upgrade? You can ask your hosting provider to retrieve the error logs. Also, please check the browser console and see if there’s any error when the issue occurs.

    Silly UI/UE problem. The update page has a prominent “Update Now” button in the alert box at the top of the page. Way down below but still above the fold is a “Run” button. The Update button doesn’t do the update, the Run button does! Not intuitive…
