I manage a blog that has about 30 writers. In our custom theme, we have a field for the writer to post their Facebook link. In one of the cases, the writer has updated his facebook_profile in his Profile area, and the database seems to be updated too, but it still shows the wrong link in the front.

I do have W3TC and “DB Cache Reloaded Fix” plugins, but I’ve cleared them both without any luck. Disabling those plugins didn’t seem to work either.

    Here’s his profile area:

    Here’s the database:

And here’s where the info is wrong: https://fstoppers.com/author/nick-f (it apparently takes you to his old link at https://www.facebook.com/shutterthink)

Please tell me what I’m doing wrong, and how I can fix this.

    Thank you!

  • When you disable your caching plugins, the issue doesn’t go away?

No it doesn’t. I’ve tried disabling all the caching plugins with no help, so this may or may not be related to caching issues.

Wait a minute… the issue has gone away. Not sure what happened…

    Thanks so much Frederick Townes!
