    After I edit an event, I cannot update it. Either the button does not work or the small wheel beside the button just keeps spinning and nothing happens.

    Only option seems to be to delete the event and start over.

    Using latest WordPress version and v.6.0.5 of The Event Calendar.

    I have the same issue when I duplicate a post it cannot be saved and stays a concept. I think it has to do something with the latest update because before all went wel. Hopefully the guys from The Events Calendar can give us both an answer.

    I’ve also had precisely this issue using Safari browser Version 16.1 (17614.2.9.1.13, 17614). Switching to Chrome solved the problem and pages updating fine.

    Yes, this is a bug. I can’t update an event on Firefox 107.0.1 latest version. Works on Chrome. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only use Firefox.

    After editing an event, there is no update possible (safari, firefox, google chrome).
    You have to rollback & update again (older version does not show 2023 here…) ??

    Same here. But still working with Chromium (Version 107.0.5304.121) but not in Firefox 107.0.1-1 (Linux), my main browser. No issue to edit other formats (posts/pages).

    Hi everyone, apologies for the inconvenience here. We were able to pinpoint that specific browser shows Javascript Errors within the Venue Section, in the admin dashboard, not allowing to update the Events. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass it along to our devs.

    I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.

    For now, as a workaround, you could do the following:

    1. Use Chrome Browser only for Admin Dashboard
    2. Or, Downgrade to version 6.0.2 or 6.0.3 Accessing and Installing Older Plugin Versions

    Hi there,

    We’re back with good news!

    Our developers have just released the Events Calendar version 6.0.7, which addresses the issue of events which have venues assigned not being able to be updated successfully on some browsers.

    Please update your Events Calendar plugin to include that and other improvements over your website.
