Can’t Update

Every time I try to update my form, I get a notification that I’m being blocked by Mod_Security. It says “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

I found another forum question on this, and you told the person to whitelist your backend URL through their hosting company, but I have logged into my hosting company and Mod Security is not listed anywhere. I have no idea where Mod-Security is installed, or how to whitelist.
