    Hey!

The uninstall button doesn’t seems to work for me. And i wanna do a fresh install for the plugin because now it doesn’t work the automatically generated pages gives me a 404- not found error. I wanna try a reinstall with the other plugins disabled. But first time i uninstalled the plugin like disable the add-on and deleted it. And then reinstall but the pages wasn’t regenerated. And then i found the solution that i need to use the uninstall button. But now it doesn’t work for me i just wait for the page to refresh but after 10 min of waiting still nothing. I deleted manually the basic pages and the first time i deleted manually the plugin as well (maybe thats the problem). How can i do a fresh install for the plugin now?

  • did you back up your sql files via something like PhpmyAdmin before you deleted UM entirely? Did you import Sql data base back up after? Otherwise, you shouldn’t be having these problems even after re-installing UM.

If your site is pretty new, you may want to simply reinstall WordPress and then add UM back. Make sure it is working properly and then slowly add the other plugins back one by one while checking for any issues.

    Good luck,
    Rob

Providing is a new site, the easiest thing would be to ask the host to restore the site back to a date when everything worked.
