Can't Uninstall all in 1 event calendar

  • Hello,
    My WP site has been using the all in one event calendar for a couple years but last year we started having problems. This week we updated to the new version from your website. Within a few hours our hosting company informed us that the calendar was using far to much of the resources and we uninstalled it. Now we discover that it is basically still there using resources. How can we completely remove it?

    Does anybody have any help here? I’ve recently updated to WP 3.8 and have had All in One Event Calendar installed for almost 2 years. At the end of December my hosting service said some of my plugins were causing high CPU usage. The specifically mentioned the calendar. I had to get the site fixed so I eventually deactivated and uninstalled the All In One Event Calendar. Even though I’ve searched my files and deleted everything can find related to All in one event calendar I’m getting a string of 404 errors every day showing the All in One Event calendar. Anybody have a fix? Thanks
