Can’t Un-hide Options

After install and activation I went through and hid some options for roles of editor and below. Adminimize hid things I did not check, such as all of WooCommerce, not just a sub-menu item. I deselected everything and deleted all the options from the database by the button at the bottom of the settings. I purged the site cache. I cleared my browser history. I even restored my entire site through my c-panel but I still can’t see any of the menu or admin bar options that I originally hid, unless I login as admin. If this can’t be fixed it has really messed up my database.
