Can't type in Description field

On the Post a Job page I can’t type into the description field. I can’t move the cursor to that field. I am using Firefox 39.0. Safari 8.0.6 (10600.6.3) same problem.
The page is a protected member page. I can send you a login if there is a secure way to do so.
