At checkout when the user selects Stripe as an option, the user can’t type in their number. The box is there but can’t be typed in.

I noticed this issue start recently when I upgraded to the latest Stripe plugin.

    I’m using:
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 4.0.7
    WooCommerce 3.3.4

All up to date. Does the latest Stripe plugin have this issue? I’ve removed all Google Analytics as described above and still having the issue.
    Thanks.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Did you try to see if it is a plugin conflict or a theme conflict?

I uninstalled many plugins that were recommended and didn’t solve it. What steps would you recommend? The fact that is started right after upgrading makes me think it was an issue with the plugin. Thanks.

Disable all plugins except WC and Stripe and change your theme to a default WP theme. Once you have done that post back with a link to your site and I will take a look.

Interesting, when I changed to the default theme the problem went away. So it must be the current theme, which is odd as I don’t recall making any changes to the theme.

    The issue looks like:

No characters can be entered into the field. I can’t leave the default theme live as the site is active. I’ve downloaded the theme files though below if that helps, contains the child and the theme itself:

Any thoughts to resolve it would be much appreciated. Also want to ensure it formats well on mobile as in the past it may misalign.
    Thanks

You need to contact your theme author to fix this for you. Most likely the theme is outdated with WooCommerce template files or it can be number of other reasons.
