Can’t Turn On Product Reviews

    I can’t seem to turn on the product reviews. I have the box checked in WooCommerce settings>products but the tab and/or the ability to leave a review is not on the page. Am I missing something?

    I have the comments for the blog posts turned off but not the product reviews. Am I missing a setting somewhere??

  • Hi @mfghost,

    You have review section disabled from individual product level.

    You may verify this from Edit product > Product data > Advanced > Enable reviews.

    i checked there earlier & the checkbox & “enable reviews” wasn’t there. I saw other posts saying to check there but it wasn’t there.

    My guess you are having an issue with your WooCommerce. Probably you are running older version? Can you verify you are using the latest version?

    i think it just updated like 2 nights ago…it says 8.2.1 is the version

    Thanks for your confirmation.

    I just noticed you have a caching system. I should flush it as it may retain web browser to load cached version of your site where review section wasn’t enabled before.

    yeah man I tried that too, “purge all”….I even tried to install a different theme, I uploaded it and still no review options. Then I installed a reviews plugin & that didn’t show either.
