Can’t turn of Clean Comment Emails

I often use WordPress’s comment reply feature to approve and reply to my visitor’s comments. To do this I need to access the blog admin comment page, which is normally linked in the notification emails. Clean Comment Emails appears to remove that link. When I go to “Clean emails” in Yoast Comment Hacks, deselect “Clean comment emails” and hit Save Changes, the change is not saved. Returning to “Clean emails” I find the setting still selected.

Could you please either fix the saving of this setting, and/or add a direct link to Reply at the bottom of the cleaned email?
