Cant translate string under registration form “A password will…”

    Hello I don’t know why, but the string : “A password will be sent to your email address” is not translate in french when everything else is translate.

    I looked in loco translate can’t fin it

    Any help?

  • I can’t tell which version of WooCommerce you are using. However, the string: “A password will be sent to your email address.” does not appear in the current version. To confirm, download woocommerce.zip to your hard drive, unzip it, and carry out a text search.

    The core woocommerce plugin uses a different string: “A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address.”

    So, your text must be coming either from your theme or from one of your plugins. You’ll need to find out which.

    Your theme is a commercial theme, so www.remarpro.com forum members don’t have access to it. See if this file exists, if so see if your string is in there:
    themes/divi/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php

    Otherwise temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and check the string. Reactivate one-by-one and see when your string returns.

    When you have identified the source of the string, we can think about how best to translate it.
