Can’t transfer the commission

  • I have used a pro plugin for splitting the payment but commission not working

    Can’t transfer the commissions 5$ for test user Please take a look at the log file for more details. Stripe Connect message: No such destination: acct_1AKPx

    [commission_status_resumed] => Transfer error…
    [commission_status_text] => Error processing ransfer

    Please help how can fix it

    Unfortunately, seem that the plugin you need support is not YITH Stripe because this plugin doesn’t allow the commission payment, maybe you are using a different plugin?

    Maybe because @vasaragova is using YITH Stripe Connect For WooCommerce plugin ?? I say that because I’m using YITH Stripe Connect For WooCommerce and I have the same issue/error msg. And because it is also your plugin, you could be more specific when you reply, right ? I’ll post a topic on your support about my issue.
