I am trying to track purchases. If you see my backend, it has orders from the last 24 hours. But on my GA4 it isnt showing up.

You’ve mentioned that while orders from the last 24 hours are visible in your WooCommerce backend, these are not currently showing up in your Google Analytics 4 data.

Please be advised that Google Analytics can have a data processing latency, typically ranging from 24 to 48 hours, during which recent data may not be immediately visible in your reports. This delay allows for thorough data processing and validation by GA.

Given this, I suggest waiting for up to 48 hours and then rechecking the data in your GA4 account. If the transactions are still not reflected after this time, you may want to review the integration settings to ensure that the connection between your WooCommerce store and Google Analytics is set up correctly and data is being transmitted successfully.

Let’s continue eliminating possibilities. To clarify, did you already have a change for a side-to-side comparison of hosting environments, and plugins in use, between a site of yours where WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration works as expected and another where it does not?

What were the findings of such a comparison? Comparing each site’s System Status Report (SSR) will prove handy in this.

We can’t really do that, but thanks for suggesting. I understand you need to sort this out as soon as possible.

What we need to do now is figure out if this is being caused by a conflict.

To test, pick one site that has the issue and you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

— Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.
