Can't toggle to HTML editor

I can’t seem to toggle between the visual and html views of the text editor area. Have you heard of this happening before? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and tried using it on different browsers just in case, and it didn’t seem to help.

Any ideas?
