cant think how to describe this but its a problem

I cant really think of a way of describing this but its weird. I have a eCommerce site using woocommcerce. I seen to have multiple iterations of the same page but with different numbers after cart in the URL – see below. First line is product description, second line is the url. They are the same except the number after the add to cart, this is repeated across all the products. Can some one suggest why this may have happened? and how to fix it.
