Can’t tag product even if they are in shop

    Hi,
    I’m usign this plugin to sync woocommerce products to facebook and Instagram shops. This part is working.
    In Instagram shop, though, I can’t tag products during post creation. The list is empty.

    I’ve already written to META support and they asked me to refer to this support forum to get it works. Can you please advice?
