Can’t sync with Google Merchant Center

Thanks for getting in touch and really sorry for the slow reply.

When connecting your Google account did you select all the required permissions? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#general-requirements

Could you please check your GLA logs (located at WooCommerce > Status > Logs) – they will look like google-listings-and-ads-2021-10-XXXXX.log – and let us know what you see?

If you see any errors like “Request had insufficient authentication scopes” could you try the steps mentioned here.
