Can’t Sync with Facebook

Hello Support,
I would like to know if there is any folder where your plugin store logs, I activated debug mode because product sync didn’t work at all but didn’t get any message or warnings.
I was able to connect the Facebook Store (following all the step you suggest in the https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-products-are-not-displaying-in-facebook-shop/ ), I activated product syncronization and forced it but no product gets Facebook Store.
After trying and googled solutions I gave up and installed another plugin, Syncronization worked fine but I would prefer the official plugin and I would like to understand what was happening.
