    Hi,
I am on a multiste installation where user switching works great.
I have noticed that I am logged out while trying to switch user when the website Name in the setting does have special characters like “é”. So I come back to the settings, change the website name, and run the switching without any issue, then reset the previous website name.
Would you please fix that, because some people may think the plugin does’nt work, and it is a little boring to change website names in order to get it working.
    Cheers,

The name of the website really shouldn’t be having any affect on the ability to switch between users.

Can you try deactivating all your other plugins and switching to one of the default themes (eg. Twenty Seventeen) and see if the problem persists?

    Hi
I have already done it with no effects. The thing is it works when changing the name, and we are logged out if not.

I’m sorry but this really must be a red herring. The name of the site has no effect on logging in and out or switching between users.

You may want to check your wp-content/mu-plugins directory too, there may be plugins in there which are affecting things.
