Can’t switch off Q&A

    Hi – I tried out the Q&A functionality to see how it worked and now I can’t switch it off! If I change the toggle in the settings, it doesn’t save and comes back always on.

    To turn off the Q&A section on the product page, please go to Reviews > Settings > Q&A tab > Disable option “Questions and Answers”. If it does not help, please follow the solution below to troubleshoot the issue. Let me know how it goes.
