can’t switch language in rtl.. & how to translate the menu

    i can’t change the language from the inside of my articles

    i see this box.. which is not fully show even if i increase or decrease the screen size

    also i need to know how i can translate my menu and icon text, which is some from menu and some is an additional cc code

    also need to know how to show categories in all languages.. i see that i put some articles in a language.. but they not showing if i use different language
