cant switch from visual to html in editor and plugins not working

  • hi ,
    I cant switch from visual to html in editor and plugins not working (empty) some of them working but buttons into them not , i’ve tried to disable all plugins to discover the origin after clearing cache but with no result .
    By the way i have a arabic website so that changing the theme may cause some issues.
    wish i could have a solution for that annoying problem !
