Can’t switch from Test to live

    Hi,

    Sometime over the past couple of days Stipe payments stopped working.

    Users get “Your card was declined. Your request was in test mode, but you used a real credit card. Only test cards can be used in test mode.”

    I checked and somehow the API settings page now shows Test mode. I swithc it to Live and test the connection and it shows as being successful.

    I click save.

    But when i navigate away and come back it shows as being Test again?

    I tried to delete the connection to start agasin but it doesn’t do anything.

    Hi @lkdasa,

    That sounds like your database is not saving the new entries. If you have a site manager or a hosting company, ask them to review. The plugin wouldn’t be the reason that database entries are not being saved.
