Can’t suppress location or map divs

  • I am unable to suppress the location or map divs. Even though I have LOCATION unchecked at admin.php?page=manage_event_fields and no location- or map-related field exists under Specify fields to show at admin.php?page=manage_event_listing&list=1, the location still displays when I view the calendar.

    Hi Aren,
    That’s weird, just re-tested on my localhost and cannot replicate the problem. The plugin uses the settings to display the list, if the settings have updated, but not the page, then it’s possibly:

    1. a cache issue?
    2. check you are editing the right list for the one you are using in the shortcode.
    3. check you have entered a 0 in the ‘Column’ to hide the field.
    4. rarely, but has happened, some db corruption. If plugin thinks it hasn’t got the settings data correctly, it may just be using the default. Try a repair via phpmyadmin and/or deleting and reinstalling the plugin

    Play around using default lists 4 & 7 (they have map & location off by default)

    Note that map and location will still show in the settings list, just lower down. See
