Can’t submit a support ticket

  • I have tried to submit a support ticket, but it literally won’t submit without including the install file. This is funny because the problem is with the installation, so I cannot submit an install file. Please fix your support submission form before you fix anything else.

    Please submit your ticket via the sales page ( ultimatemember.com/contant/sales) and please provide us with a link to this thread so that the representative will know the reason you submitted a support ticket on sales.

    This is not a solution. Make it so people who are unable to install the plugin can use the dedicated support ticket system.
