can’t style read more function on archive page

  • I successfully got the Read more tag at the end of my post excerpts to look the way I want it to (lowercase with an ellipsis) by going into index.php. However, on my archives page, the Read more tag does not match. It appears like so: (more)

    I don’t want it to say (more). I want it to say … read more. But I’ve been over and over all the .php files for my template (Kubrick) and I just can’t figure out what it is I have to change.

    I should add that I’ve read everything I can find about the Read more tab in the Documents Codex. But I did not see a solution to my particular problem.
