Can’t stop sending confirmation emails

  • Hi,

    I’m using event mangager to organize the training lessons in our dancing club in these pandemic times. Once I have activated the option that I can recieve a copy of each email to the users when a ticket request is decided. Now i wanted to switch off that feature again and the respective field in the configuration screen is empty, howeve event manager is still sending emails and I can?t stop the flow of emails.

    Hi,

    You can disable booking email from sending by setting the subject blank under events > settings > emails > booking email templates.

    HI Angelo,

    thanks for your reply. I tried to do this. The field is empty but event manager keeps on sending the emails.
