cant start wordpress, uninstall and try again?

I don’t know path of your WordPress installation, but when you upload to localhost, make database, your process will start automaticaly when go to your local server address.

You probably have the address localhost/wordpress according to what you wrote.

Or try this:

Go to localhost/wordpress/install.php and installation will begun

Hi, Thank you for your reply!
When i go to the localhost/wordpress i get a blog page, but no DASHBOARD.
Also, in the localhost/apps/wordpress folder there is no install.php file
I am not recognizing any facility to upload screenshots i prepared. Here are 2 urls to screenshots
