Can’t start Scans – “wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed”

I noticed that the automatic scans stopped working for one of our websites.
I also can’t start any scans manually.I tried the “Start all scans remotely” option under the debugging tab, but that didn’t help.
We do not use Cloudflare and performing scans on our other websites that are on the same server work fine.
Diagnostics -> Connectivity shows the following:
